I also offer parenting support, teaching parenting techniques that support the parent-child relationship, emotion regulation, reducing power struggles, setting and enforcing boundaries, building self esteem and more. This service is included for every parent whose child is participating in therapy with me, but can be a standalone option.

Sessions last an hour and cost £80.
